Sr. Software Engineer – Product Development

Experience Required:

3-7 years of experience in Java web applications development

Core Responsibilities:

·         Develop features across multiple subsystems within applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment

·         Understand how applications operate, are structured, and how customers use them

·         Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation

·         Investigate, analyze and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications

Job Requirements:

·         Java 1.6 or above

·         Object-oriented Analysis and Design(OOAD)

·         Proficiency developing and troubleshooting complex software systems that run in mixed-environments including Linux, Unix and/or Windows

·         Source versioning system (GIT is a plus)

·         Experience in JSF/AJAX or struts or JSP/Java script is a must

·         Highly organized, efficient and willing to work to tight deadlines

·         Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution skills

·         Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with cross teams.

·         Working experience in Agile software development

Education Qualification:

·         BE/BTech/MCA/MSc (C.S) or equivalent

·         Technical certifications preferred
